Our client based in Pershore are currently recruiting for a Finance & Administration Clerk. Starting Salary Guide £18 - £20K, experience dependant. Working 40hrs per week, M-F 8:30-5pm with 30mins... lunch. Holiday terms (20 days + BH + Loyalty scheme)
Duties and Responsibilities
* Purchase & sales ledger processing for 2 smaller companies within the group, from processing invoices, paying bills and Bank reconciliations.
* Management accounts
* Petty Cash administering, recording & Reconciling
* Director administration
* Creditcard reconciliation
* Licensing of Farm vehicles
* Board & Meeting room & Pool car management.
* General Admin & duties
Training provided, in-house or externally as required. Sage 50 Accounts, HSBC Net, Exchequer
