The role involves taking a range of calls from customers and end users to include:
Handling Sales enquiries and orders - checking of stock levels.
Sending out sales information.
Handling issues... regarding faulty goods and providing technical assistance over the telephone.
Basic testing of faulty goods returned.
The main emphasis will be call handling and thus you must have proven customer service and problem solving skills. However, in addition to this, the ideal candidate will have an interest or a background in technical call handling, as the product is a household electronic device.
