Office Manager, Farnham
£20,000-£25,000 (depending on experience plus benefits/bonus)
Key functions include:
Dealing with business suppliers - keeping office supplies up to date
Dealing with... office suppliers - cleaners, water, kitchen supplies, etc.
Working with suppliers to solve office problems - lighting, power testing, broadband, security, HVAC, etc
Managing subscriptions - adding/removing staff as team changes occur; checking annual renewals
Helping on-board new staff - order their computer, set up desks, order business cards, etc.
Organising company events & activities
Sending out Christmas gifts to clients
Managing post, shipping, couriers
Liaising with HR to help with staff
Candidates need to be: motivated, proactive and good problem-solvers.
