Position available in Bulwell, Nottinghamshire working Monday Friday 9am 2pm. These hours may vary according to the needs of the Home.
Previous experience in a similar job role preferred. This... role is responsible for the effective administration/documentation of the Care Home. The role should provide professional and responsive support to the Care Home Manager. Must be able to handle all enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. The role requires experience in using Microsoft packages to include Excel, Word and Outlook.
Main duties include:
Opening all post
Dealing with petty cash
Sending information to head office on a weekly basis
Assist the Manager to complete weekly rotas
Keeping filing systems up to date
Photocopying/ faxing/ scanning
