As a Floating Legal Secretary you will be providing secretarial support to the group in various departments according to the demands of the practice.
Duties will include:-
* Digital dictation... (50%-75% of role) - letters, emails, attendance notes, memos etc
* Amending documents - leases, reports, contracts, deeds, instructions to counsel, witness statements, forms, licences, completion statements etc and engrossing documents
* Searches online
* Admin : file opening and closing, filing, photocopying, binding, file maintenance, scanning for emailing and attaching to the Case Management System
* Some accounts : bills, making payments by BACS, expenses
* Telephone : speaking to clients
* Some diary and travel arrangements
* Checking emails
