Our Chippenham based client is seeking a temporary HR Administrator / Assistant for a temporary booking of approximately 4 to 5 weeks in duration starting on 5th September 2016.
Duties will be... varied but could include:
* Creation and maintenance of employee records, including contracts administration, and physical and electronic employee files
* Employee reporting, including monthly joiner and leaver, maternity and transfer reports.
* New employee starter and on-boarding including right to work documentation, facilitating new starter process, sending out offer letters, supporting the ongoing induction events etc.
