The post holder must be able to deliver a high quality, responsive and effective service by actioning and resolving first line customer enquiries to 16 Summer Lane received via telephone, email, social media and post to agreed quality standards and targets.
You should have experience of working in a customer interface environment, ideally handling high ... hold a GCSE (A-C) in English and Maths, an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Customer Service is highly desirable.
