Head Chef required for award-winning Garden Centre Café.
Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward thinking and qualified chef to develop the offering at Glendoick Garden Centre... Café.
You must be experienced in a service oriented, fast flowing and high quality catering environment and have excellent chef and presentation skills.
You will have demonstrable experience in menu planning, staff management, record & systems management and product development. In addition, we would ideally like someone with baking experience to develop this side of the business.
We offer a competitive salary, a 10 from 14 days rota with every second weekend off, no spilt shifts and no evening work.
