Office Angels are very pleased to be working exclusively with our Dundee-based client as they look to recruit a Call Handler/Admin Assistant for there busy office.
Responsibilities and Activities... include:
> Copying, typing, filing and general admin
> General ad hoc tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
> Experienced with Microsoft Office software
> Good at working within a team
> Good work ethic
> Good telephone manner
> Well presented
Hours of work will be 12.00pm - 5.00pm or 12.00pm - 6.00pm Monday - Friday, dependant on successful candidate.
