The Finance Analyst (Contact Centre) will report into the People & Customer Senior Finance Manager,... acting as the Finance BP for our Contact Centre. The Finance Analyst (Contact Centre) will be supporting the Director of Contact Centre, with Month-Ends, Budgeting, Forecasting, Presenting, Controlling costs, Business case analysis, and managing headcount and costings associated with offshore managed service contact centre.
The Finance Analyst (Contact Centre) will have a direct report - 1 x analyst, so will ideally have some experience in managing someone beforehand.
