A requirement has arisen for an enthusiastic and talented PA to join the Group Communications team. Supporting the administrative requirements of the team, you will be key to the efficient running of the team.
Main responsibilities will involve:
* Day to Day management of diaries including arrangement of meetings, conference calls, travel and associated admin e.g. travel reqs, agenda
* Expenses - cash and Amex reconciliation
* Corporate Purchasing card - ordering of stationery, couriers and reconciliation
* Raise Purchase Orders
* Refreshments for meetings in office...
