Change Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for one of our clients based in Strathaven.
Candidate's who wish to apply MUST have excellent excel skills and have at... least 2 years administration experience.
Key Duties Include:
Answering the phone and fielding calls
Liaise with Operational Teams to develop and issue quotes to Internal and External Customers
Booking couriers, franking mail and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Pursue Purchase Order Numbers from Clients for spreadsheet.
Printing, faxing, scanning and copying attachments and documents that come in by post and email
Booking appointment rooms for meetings for clients
Making tea & coffee for visitors
Ad hoc clerical duties such as stocking the copiers with paper
