Main duties will include:
- Answering calls & redirecting as appropriate
- Dealing with incoming mail
- Ordering supplies
- Meeting and greeting customers, contractors and visitors
- Dealing with incoming faxes
- Typing letters and quotes
- Ensuring that all staff sign in and out
- Other admin duties as required
- At least 2 years previous receptionist experience is essential
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Confident & friendly telephone manner
