The successful candidate will be responsible for managing... all office administration duties relating to order processing and export documentation.
Key responsibilities will be;
Processing customer orders from start to finish, from order request to invoice
Liaising with shipping agents to arrange delivery times
Liaising with suppliers to arrange delivery dates
Organising insurance of the shipment
Processing all relevant export documentation
Managing the invoicing process
Creating and updating spreadsheets on Excel
