A well regarded Taunton based business is looking for an individual to fill the role of Office Assistant.
Main responsibilities include sorting and distributing post, sending faxes, photocopying... and scanning, taking telephone queries, providing support with paperwork and filing.
This role would suit an individual with good interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience of using computers. No previous office experience is necessary, however, a willingness to learn is essential, as is the ability to work well in a team.
