The Temporary Division of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, for a period of around 3 months.
As the Accounts Assistant you will... be required to undertake a wide variety of tasks, accurately and in a busy environment. You will need to record all bank account transactions in cashbooks held on Excel spreadsheets, prepare and post nominal ledger journals for cashbook transactions, reconcile cashbooks to bank statements, provide receipt information for credit control, prepare and raise cheques, and process supplier invoices. Other duties include; involving processing payments by cheque, BACS, telegraphic transfer and direct debit.
