Temporary opportunity based in Derby
You will be dealing with customers face to face, on the phone and via email. Providing information on products and services, maintaining the customer... database, dealing with the hire and resale of equipment.
In addition you will be supporting promotional campaigns, Owning, dealing with and responding to customer complaints and suggestions, Taking bookings for use of the facilities and activities.
This assignment is due to start as soon as and finish at the end of June
Pay rate is £7.63 per hour.
It is essential that candidates have a strong customer service background (face to face experience is a must) and good IT skills.
Working hours are 37 per week, working 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 5.30am and 8pm.
