Must have good customer service skills and understanding,
Must be organised and able to use Excel and Word well.
Must have a good customer facing telephone manner,
Some Telesales experience would be preferred,
Needs to have a high level of accuracy with data and PC work,
Monday, Tuesday and Friday only 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. ( 3 days per week)
