An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-established, reputable hotel in the Scarborough area. This is a permanent, part-time position with working hours of between either 9.00am-1.00pm or... 9.30-1.30pm.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
-General Office duties, such as Filing, Typing of letters/invoices, dealing with mail etc.
-Data Processing and Input.
-Sales and Purchase Ledger
-Daily maintenance of cash books
-Reconciliation of daily hotel and car park business
The successful candidate will need to be practical, organised, have previous office experience, display proficient IT skills and be able to work using your own initiative. A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is essential within this role
