Duties to include:-
• General administration
• Typing up of meeting... minutes
• Dealing with the general public
• Facilitate all Office functions and processes
• Organising meeting rooms
• Departmental filing
• Projects such as gathering information by phone, letter, email or in person
• Recording and updating databases and spreadsheets
• Archiving, Photocopying and scanning documents
• Supporting the reception desk
• Answering telephone calls
• Facilities coordination
