Pertemps client, a well-known Public Sector organisation based in Edinburgh is seeking to recruit a Finance Admin Assistant on a F/T temporary basis.
Purpose of the role:
To provide a day to... day support to the research and finance team and to be the first point of contact for general queries
Your new role/Duties
- Photocopying and scanning purchase orders, expense claims and receipts and process claims
- Updating internal database
- Maintaining the paper filling system
- Adhoc admin duties
- Phone and e-mail enquires
- Organisational skills: the ability to prioritise and manage your work in order to meet deadlines.
