An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work within a fast growing company based in Edinburgh. You will have a sound knowledge in HR and/or basic book keeping skills or would be... very willing to acquire these skills during employment with the company.
Hours will be between 9.45am & 6.15pm Monday to Friday and occasionally longer, so some flexibility will be required.
As an Administrator your duties will include:
Handling all incoming calls and enquiries, taking messages and passing on to relevant staff members.
Being responsible for any admin for the 4 retail shops.
Typing and maintaining supplier and customer records.
Filing, sorting out incoming and outgoing post.
Greeting and signing in contractors/ suppliers/ visitors to the business.
