Secretary / Administrative assistant
Our client is currently looking for a GP assistant to work in their busy health centre based in Livingston.
The main duties include:
*Receive phone calls... from patient’s, other GP surgeries and hospitals and pharmacies
*Make outgoing calls to patients, hospital secretaries and departments
*Contact with patients to see secretary at front desk
*Send docman and workflow messages to GPs
*Contact with Social Work, insurance companies, solicitors etc
*When requested to check sci store result not received by GP
*Dictation of letters from GPs either by Dictaphone or verbally for letters to patients, medical reports etc
*Give requests for medical reports and copy of notes from insurance companies, solicitors and other companies to...
