IT Support Engineers/Analysts, Evolve IT's prestigious Edinburgh based client currently require an experienced and customer focussed 1st/2nd line Support Engineer.
Your main role will be to... provide excellent technical support to users including desktop support, server checks, user administration (including new starter setup, systems overview, changes and leavers), resolving issues and supporting a wide range of hardware and software, maintaining PC's, laptops, mobile tablets plus much more. As such your skills in the following will be required;
- Prior service desk technical support experience
- Windows 7, MS Outlook 2007 - 2013 (using Exchange Server) and database systems in a network environment
