Role: Facilities Assistant (6 month FTC)
HR Consultancy are working with a well-known legal firm in City Centre Edinburgh who are looking for an experienced... facilities assistant to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, with flexibility required if over time is necessary.
Duties will include:
Daily receipt, sorting, distribution, collection and dispatch of all deliveries.
Provide reception cover when required.
Liaise with reception team to ensure rooms meeting rooms are set up for Client requirements and organising catering when required.
