Our Sleaford based client are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to join them for a period of 1 month. This may be extended depending on work load.
You will be required to:
-... Provide IT Support in order to resolve calls escalated from the Service Desk to all users within the company.
- Assist the Technical Support Engineers in all areas of the network infrastructure ... and support of the physical & virtual servers, PCs (including laptops, tablets, etc), Printers, Telephones, Network Devices, other IT equipment & software, in line with company standards.
In order to be a successful for this role, you will need to have previous experience of working in a 2nd Line Support or a customer facing IT role. A strong background in PC building would be advantageous.
