You will work as a Receptionist / Facilities Assistant. You will need to be well presented and spoken, punctual, have proven communications skills, and be confident and calm when dealing with visitors and callers. Previous reception / switchboard experience is preferred.
You will meet and greet visitors and develop the customer experience. You will also provide support to the facilities department. You will update telephone lists, deal with deliveries, and provide mailroom support.
