Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and teams. Administrative functions to include but not limited to, ‘sign ups data entry’, viewings, garage lettings, sending out low level rent letters, fobs and door key administration and the management of mail-merges, also participate on project as required.
Manage and update the team mailboxes on a daily basis ... presented documents; type letters, reports and emails in House Style to high levels of accuracy and within agreed turnaround times
