Trainee Sales Administrator required for a successful company based in West Hull. Salary: national minimum wage. Hours are 39 per week, 7.45-16.15 Monday to Thursday and 7.45-15.15 on a Friday. 4... weeks holiday paid per year plus bank holidays.
As the Trainee Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the following;
Answering the telephone
General office administration
Resolving customer queries and problems
Financial aspects including posting invoices at the end of each day
Producing customer sales reports, etc.
Sorting out distribution and creating despatch labels
Successful candidates should have the following;
Experience of speaking with people from all levels
Ability to handle problems / conflict well
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook...
