This is a Part time role, working 20 hours between Monday and Friday. Hours of work and days of work are flexible for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist management... with administrative support undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, phone calls, banking and bookkeeping
- Have an understanding of sales and purchase ledgers, Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Meticulous and conscientious in inputting and checking all work invoicing, invoice numbers and values and writing out cheques
- Be confident when controlling credit and chasing customer debt
- Receiving and processing all supplier invoices, expense forms and requests for payments
- Reconciling finance accounts, credit card payments and petty cash
