As a resourcer, it will be your job to support the branch staff with certain tasks. This includes candidate pre-screening, interviewing, candidate management, data entry and ensuring quality... assurance compliance.
* Source and select candidates
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Compile new starter packs, database management
* Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, etc
* Running offsite assessment sessions
* Conducting one-one interviews
* Daily administration tasks * Payroll
* On call call duties to support clients with additional labour
