Our client in the Caerphilly area require a Part-time Marketing Administrator to work 28 hours per week over four days for an initial period of six months
To be responsible for... the maintenance of effective administrative systems for the Marketing Department. To provide clerical and administrative support to the Marketing Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning and organisation of conferences and events e.g. research venues, manage bookings, collate delegate packs
2. Organise the organisation's presence at external events e.g. book delegate places, organise leaflet distribution
3. Manage stocks of all publications and promotional materials, including archiving
4. Take minutes at departmental team meetings as required
