We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Temporary Admin Assistant for one of our clients in Newport starting on Monday.
Role includes: adhoc reception... duties; answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages / typing / Filing / Photocopying, faxing / dealing with incoming & outgoing post / scanning documents, emails / letters, word & excel documents / maintain client database etc.
Skills required: Polite, professional, punctual, IT and telephone skills, Microsoft Office package familiarity.
Personal qualities required: Smart, professional, organised and tidy, well mannered, able to work well as part of a team and good communication skills and very good level of English.
