Our client is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator/Associate on contract basis in Aberdeen.
The main functions of the role will be:
Dealing with hiring of employees - i.e. letters,... arranging medicals, obtaining references
Arrangements for action of terminations - i.e. letters, arranging exit interviews
General admin - promotion letters, mortgage requests
Bi-monthly director inductions
Raising of service orders within SAP system
Looking after visitors/booking meeting rooms/arranging catering
Filing / E-filing
SAP data inputting
Microsoft skills: outlook, word, excel
Would be looking for someone that is flexible, a quick, willing learner, a strong team player, good attention to detail with excellent admin skills...
