• Own transport is preferred due to location of some of our clients
• Own chef whites and knives
• Industry standard qualifications
• Experience in working kitchens
• Food hygiene qualifications
• Flexible approach to work, able to work at short notice in a variety of locations
• Head chef and Sous chef applicants must have experience managing a brigade of chefs
