A "hands on" Restaurant Manager is required to join the management team of this Country House Hotel situated in East Sussex.
The position 'heads up' all food and beverage service within the Hotel... you will be a key member of the Hotel Management Team supervising a team of 6, plus casual staff on wedding and large event days and the role will include some Duty Management duties too.
