ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (Finance)
Pay £16,969 pro rata
The main tasks of this role include maintaining income and expenditure records, raising invoices, paying bills, processing grant... applications, meeting administration including taking minutes, general administration including dealing with queries from members of the public.
Both posts are part time, 25 hours per week, which are usually worked weekday mornings but there is some flexibility which can be arranged with the Town Clerk, some evening working will be required for which time off in lieu is given.
