This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a Yeovil based automotive company.
Main responsibilities will include booking appointments, taking telephone... enquiries and general office administration.
This role would suit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Previous experience in the automotive trade is desirable, but not essential.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5pm, plus one Saturday out of three, 8am-12noon. A salary of £15,000 - £18,500 being offered DOE. Once the 6 months training period has been satisfactorily completed there will also be the opportunity to earn a bonus.
