Our client is a prestigious organisation based in Dorchester, Dorset. They are looking to recruit a general administrator to join their expanding team.
General administrative duties including, but... not limited to, Website updates, inputting data, creating client records, running scripts as required, emailing and printing, chasing reports for deadlines, making up files and inserts, populating a database, opening/screening post, filing and collating documents. You must be flexible in your approach to work and be able to cover holiday and sickness.
The successful candidate must have previous admin experience, excellent English and Maths, good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and have a good attention to detail with a positive customer focussed approach.
