Our client is based in Sherborne who is looking for a permanent 1st/2nd Line Support Desk Engineer.
Role & Responsibility
The job role will be providing support to... end users on a variety of issues through identification, research and resolutions of technical problems. You will take part in pre-configuration of small projects and provide general Admin duties which will consist of answering telephone calls, updating the company database system & customer documentation and providing support to customers and log support cases. The ideal candidate will be someone with a solid Service Desk/End User Support background, is a team player and is a self-motivated individual.
