Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk
for an established business based in Parkstone, Poole.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will have... responsibility for all aspects of the purchase ledger: matching delivery notes to POs, dealing with supplier queries and processing payments via BACs and cheques. In addition, you would be required to undertake daily income reconciliations and other finance admin duties.
Qualifications are not essential, but you will need to have a min of 3 years purchase ledger experience, Intermediate level Excel skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and knowledge of VAT. Experience of SAP Business One software would be an advantage.
