Customer Service / Office Assistant
The role is to assist our busy, national CBL Central Parts team in all office related duties which include answering customer enquiries on the phone, email and... in person, processing internal documents and invoices, social media, marketing, parts sales, stock management and identifying new areas of improvement.
The successful candidate should be able to work in a team and manage their own time efficiently. They will also be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, well organised and be customer focused.
This is a permanent role, Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
