We require a full time person 37.5 hours, 5 days a week, for receptionist duties and general administration - this is a temporary position for 3 months initially, with the potential to become... permanent for the right person.
The successful candidate should have a flexible can-do attitude and be a good team worker and all-rounder.
*Methodical, organised, with excellent attention to detail
*Proven experience of working in a busy office environment
*Reception duties - face to face and initial point of contact on telephone
*General office duties: photocopying, filing, dealing with post, setting up & catering for meetings etc.
*Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Data input using Sage 50 Accounts
