- Full Personal Assistance to two Directors - CEO and FD.
- Diary management, travel arrangements, meeting organisation and attendance, events management
- Management of the office - direct management of 8 Administrators within the customer service, sales and finance teams
- Picking up technical queries and issues from customers
- Payroll, petty cash, rota management
- Management of employee queries, authorising sickness and holidays
