ICT Support Officer. Our client based in the North West requires an experienced ICT Support Officer to join their team on a contract basis. The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for identifying faults and providing a resolution via a busy helpdesk. To be successful for this role you will have worked as an ICT Support Officer within a Housing Organisation.
The ICT Support Officer will have the following experience;
•Providing 1st and 2nd line support
•Fault identification and resolution
