An experienced Administrator is required to join a busy company based in Wellingborough who are a leading B2B and B2C manufacturer. They are a growing company looking for someone with a passion to... move into a varied role and who works well as a team. This is a part time role of 20 hours a week, Monday Friday.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with people, who can be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable. You must also be able to demonstrate good organisational and problem solving skills.
The key responsibilities:
- General admin including finance administration - Purchase ledger and sales ledger
- Basic HR administrative duties
- Preparing staff handbooks
- Maintaining employee records; annual leave entitlement etc.
