Customer Services Supervisor
Reporting to the Customer Services... Manager, this role involves supervising a team of 15 handling enquiries prior to travel, whilst in resort and post travel. This is a call centre environment, so managing call volumes is a key part of the role.
The team is also responsible for operational functions involving reporting service requirements to suppliers and managing flight and hotel inventory. The role offers an exciting ... responsibility for handling out of hours emergency calls should they occur.
The ability to work under pressure maintaining a calm presence is essential in this challenging, but rewarding, position.
