My client based in Slough is currently recruiting for the position of Office Administrator/Reception on a temporary to permanent contract.
This role is very busy and varied and the suited... candidate will be adaptable, flexible and a self starter, able to manage themselves and think on their feet. Efficient timekeeping, great organisational skills and a positive 'can do' attitude are all essential for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of administration duties at the Slough site.
- Managing the switchboard, couriers, reception and visitor registration.
- Managing all of the external and internal events booking, including hotels, lunches, transportation and allocation of space to ad hoc personnel as and when needed.
