Admin / Accounts Assistant
Administration, IT literate, communication skills, organisational skills, time management, reception/secretarial, sage accounts, documentation... handling, data inputting.
The successful candidate will provide pivotal administrative assistance as required throughout the office.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Management of extensive manual daily files, ensuring files are easily located at all times, data entry, maintaining and improving office filing, provide excellent customer service, export documentation, sage accounts (full training will be given).
