Our client is looking for an office assistant to support a very busy reception position.
Duties include, updating reports using Excel, meeting and greeting customers, taking various telephone... messages, filing, post duties, organising refreshments for meetings and general administration duties as required by the Office Manager.
You must have previous office reception experience, enjoy working in a busy ever changing role and be able to offer the best customer service at all times.
Monday to Friday hours starting off at 27.5 hours a week but likely to increase to 37.5 hours a week after a couple of months.
The successful candidate will ideally be available immediately for an interview and live local to Newbury, Berkshire.
