Key responsibilities will include:
Accurately and promptly audio and copy... typing
Preparation of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents, including letters, meeting notes, reports and presentations
Managing diaries, arranging internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms, catering and equipment
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
Answering internal and external calls promptly and politely
Managing the email inbox
Inputting and submitting expenses and timesheets
Dealing with incoming postThe ideal candidate will be able to type 45 wpm, have previous secretary experience and good PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
