Our client a well established retailer who specialises in womenswear and has a strong High Street presence, are looking to recruit for a Retail Merchandiser due to an internal promotion. Key responsibilities include driving the department strategy, managing the in-season OTB using WSSI and Compass, range planning, markdown control and managing terminal stocks to keep within budgeted levels as well as training and developing the Assistant Merchandiser. You will have experience in a merchandising environment and possess working knowledge of forecasting principles and a good understanding of the key elements of the buying circle.
