Our Franchise Agreement provides a pub thats ready to trade so that you can concentrate on growing the business and offering great customer experiences.
Benefits:
Low ingoing cost of £5,000 (inclusive of legal fees & on-site training)
Guaranteed annual income of £20,000 (paid weekly)
Percentage of the weekly turnover (variable by pub)
Quarterly percentage of business profits based on performance
Annual bonus of up to £7,500 for meeting compliance audits
Majority of running costs covered by Greene King (Franchisee to cover staffing costs, insurances, TV licence & council tax for the private accommodation)
